Crock-Pot Baked Potatoes

  • Wash potatoes and prick with a fork
  • Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil and wrap in foil
  • Place in your crock-pot, cover and bake on high for 2 1/2 – 4 hours or low for 8-10 hours
