Posted in Family on 05/27/2008 08:26 pm by AaronWe thought we’d give video bloggin’ a try. Check it out!
This is fun. If Spencer’s fans love it, we’ll keep it going. But you have to comment and let him know…
P.S.
Posted in Family on 05/21/2008 08:19 am by CaceyThis past Monday we finally received our finalization letter from Holt, our adoption agency. Our last homestudy visit was back in the beginning of April and we hit our six month mark on May 9th so I’ve been anxiously waiting for this letter to arrive. Now I get to call the courthouse and set up an appointment with a judge for the final stamp of approval and then Spencer is legally and officially ours forever! Yay!!!!!

Posted in Family on 05/21/2008 07:51 am by CaceyThe weather recently took a spike up into the 100s so I decided it was time to break out Spencer’s summer wardrobe. Wow – is this kid well taken care of in the clothing department! I discovered 12 pairs of shorts in every style and color you can imagine – navy blue, plaid, khaki, beige, denim, green – you name it he has it! Anyway I also discovered this little baseball romper with a matching hat which I believe used to belong to Spencer’s Uncle Samuel (my youngest brother who is now 14). He looked so cute in it that I decided to bring out his baseball glove and take some pictures…
We need to work on how to throw the ball not the glove!
May Fun
Posted in Family on 05/15/2008 01:13 pm by CaceyThis last weekend was chocked full of activity. We celebrated Auntie Sarah’s graduation from Sierra College, Uncle Tim and Grammie both had birthdays and Spencer and Aaron showered me with love on my first Mother’s Day! It was a little crazy but also very fun! Spencer was quite the trooper and did great despite the long hours and hit and miss naps.
Trying to stay out of the sun.
Dad in his Trustee garb and Spencer ready for a nap.
Spencer giving mama her card and some chocolates on Mother’s Day. He also took her out to breakfast and gave her some things from Pampered Chef that she’s been wanting (he may have had a little help from dad!).
